what does 'SLS/SLES Free' mean?
SLS (Sodium Lauryl/Laureth Sulfate) is a detergent chemical added to many washing products to make them foam a lot. This chemical is thought to strip natural oils from your skin and therefore I try to avoid it wherever possible.
how do I make a purchase?
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse my Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that I need to be able to satisfy the order.
I accept all major credit cards, Visa and Mastercard, Delta, Visa Electron, Switch and Solo cards.
Should you wish, you can send your order by post and pay by cheque. However, I will be unable to dispatch the order until the cheque has fully cleared, sadly this can take up to 5 working days. Should you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, simply email or call me and I will be happy to oblige.
what are your shipping and handling costs?
Shipping charges are calculated according to the value of the goods you order. All parcels will be sent by Royal Mail. For orders outside the United Kingdom I ask that you contact me before placing your order for a quote on postage, again I will whereever possible try to keep the costs down to a minimum.
how soon will I receive my parcel?
I process your order right away. I will normally send your order to you in 3 business days. International orders are generally received in under 7 days. Please allow a few days to pass before contacting me further if your goods have not arrived.
what if my order is not in stock?
If your item is not in stock, I can back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
will there be any tax charges?
No VAT is charged to you at any time by us, until further notice.
how secure are my credit card details?
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site, and I do not store your card details in any way.
what do I do if I need to return a product?
I guarantee your satisfaction. I take great care to ensure that your parcel arrives safely, however, some things are out of my control. If any product you receive is faulty, please contact me to arrange a refund in full. I only ask that you pay for the return postage and return the product unused.
